Leah and I sold our books at the bookstore and thought we would go have drinks afterward. It was hot and humid and it was 5:00 traffic, which made us even more adamant in getting those drinks. However on our way we saw a homeless man with a sign reading "Visions of A Cheeseburger". Leah thought we should make his visions come true.
We made a U-turn and sat in more traffic and finally arrived at our destination, a McDonald's drive-thru. We got not one, but two cheeseburgers and a small Sprite.
Leah feared that we may get a green light once we got to our hobo's corner. She didn't want to hold up traffic. I patted her hand, and with great wisdom and inspiration, said, "Leah, even if we fail, we've already won." And then we laughed because what I said was stupid!
We got to our hobo and I handed him his cheeseburger and Sprite and he looked into the car with awe. He nodded and we smiled.
