One of my first tables today was a blind man and a fat wife. Without a doubt the fat wife would be secure with the blind man. She doesn't have to put on makeup, brush her hair, maintain her weight, nor fear infidelity because another woman is more beautiful. A relationship where vanity does not have to exist. However is she more vain than the rest of us?
Would their relationship be possible under different circumstances? Would the man not marry because he could see her? If she were stunningly gorgeous, would she waste her looks with someone who couldn't admire her? What if he lost his vision partway into the relationship? What if his vision was regained?

All of the cooks at the restaurant are Hispanic. They get a kick out of my Spanish speaking skills. |
